How do I know whether I’m a builder or a deployer?
If you put an AI system on the market under your own name, you’re likely a provider. If you use one in the course of your business, you’re a deployer. Most SMEs are deployers — and the obligations, and the right tooling, differ significantly. Our free check tells you which you are.
What if I’m both?
Common for software companies embedding an AI feature. Start by classifying each system separately — the same company can be a provider for one system and a deployer for another.
