An AI system is any distinct AI-powered application, model, or tool you register in Veritome. This mirrors the EU AI Act definition — a machine-based system designed to operate with varying levels of autonomy that generates outputs influencing real or virtual environments.

Is my data stored in the EU?

Accepted Answer

Yes, 100%. All data is processed and stored exclusively within European Economic Area data centres. We have no US entity and no CLOUD Act exposure. Your compliance data never leaves the EEA.

Do you offer a free trial of paid plans?

We don't offer a time-limited trial — instead, the Free tier gives you ongoing access to risk classification with one AI system, no credit card required. Upgrade when you outgrow it.

What is the 20% annual discount based on?

Annual plans are billed upfront for 12 months. The 20% discount applies to the monthly equivalent price. For example, Growth billed annually costs €279/month (€3,348/year) instead of €349/month (€4,188/year).

Our legal and product teams monitor the EU AI Office, European Commission, and relevant supervisory authority publications. Platform updates are rolled out automatically — you don't need to update anything yourself.

Yes. From the Core tier onwards, you can export all generated documents (Annex IV technical files, FRIA reports, transparency notices, obligation maps) as PDF or DOCX files suitable for regulatory submissions or audits.
